Breakfast: Oatmeal and OJ about 200 cal
Lunch: Carrots and water about 50 cal
After School: Grilled chicken and 1/2 cup rice and veggies about 250 cal
Allows me for 200 cal of snacking after work…hopefully less. Just enough to get me through my hw.
